What's an "output"?

An output is a tangible deliverable — a strategy memo, an operating-model map, a decision framework, a governance policy. We agree on what counts as an output up front so value is always concrete.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Tiers are monthly and you can move up or down as your needs change. Many leaders start with Essential or Strategic and scale into Transformation during an intensive period.

How do projects differ from the monthly tiers?

Transformation projects are scoped engagements with a fixed objective, milestones, and a finish line. We quote them individually — book a call and we'll size it together.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No long lock-ins. Monthly partnership tiers continue month to month, and you're free to pause or stop with reasonable notice.
